Although these two lovely antique sterling serving pieces are not a matched set, they are nonetheless most harmonious, due to the fact that they were very likely produced sometime within the same decade. The antique sterling silver round entrée lifter is by Birks, and the antique silver cake lifter is by a maker we cannot identify. The blade portion of the cake lifter is marked 'stainless", but the handle is marked 'R Sterling'. The antique sterling silver round server appears to be one continuous piece. It is also monogrammed and is clearly marked 'Birks Sterling' (see our photographs). Both these antique sterling silver serving utensils are in very good condition. They have no dents or large scratches, and the blade/server portions of the tools are still functional. Bring these antique sterling silver serving utensils into your home. They would love to help serve up a good lasagna and then some cake!
