This is a beautiful piece of authentic Roseville pottery in the White Rose pattern, which was introduced in 1940. This small vase has a pinkish background which starts at the base with green tones and fades to the beautiful and highly recognizeable Roseville pink. This vase has white roses and green leaves on each side, and a scalloped top rim. This color and pattern are highly collectable, and this vase is in MINT condition. There are no chips, no cracks, no repairs and no crazing. The inside of this lovely vase is clean and flawless. As is typical of this type of pottery there are a one or two pinhead glaze pops. This particular mold and design are strong and the colors are wonderful. The bottom is numbered 978-4 and is marked Roseville U.S.A. in raised letters. This vase is approximately 4-1/2" tall and has a circumference of 10 inches. This vase, though small, makes quite a statement and would be an excellent acquisition for the novice or seasoned Roseville collector!
