We are offering this stunning, very large and very heavy lead crystal centerpiece bowl / dish made in West Germany. Cut in an elaborate pattern of sunbursts (or are they stars?), diamonds and cross-hatchings, this amazing piece stands 8-1/2" high and weighs approximately 6.18 lbs! The bowl, which sits atop a pedestal, is a full 10" in diameter, and the pedestal itself rests on a 4-1/2" diameter base. Although there is no sticker or other mark on this piece, we believe that it is of similar age and manufacture as our large lead crystal lidded dish. This is a very high quality, substantial piece of lead crystal -- you would be hard pressed to locate any significant area on this piece that isn't cut or patterned.
